Request User Access to your DSS Performance Dashboard

Note: If you have already been given access to your Dashboard, users with the "Admin" permission can add or remove users directly in your dashboard by clicking their profile icon in the top right, then click Administration. Please do not submit user requests through this form after you receive your dashboard. For assistance, please contact New World Public Safety Support.

Please use this form to request initial access to your new DSS Performance Dashboard provided by Tyler Technologies. Once your dashboard is created and you can login, your Admin user(s) can add additional users or remove users from the dashboard. You can fill out this form on behalf of your Department or you can provide the form to your individual users to fill out. Once complete, please request your users create Socrata accounts.

Step 1: Fill out this form to request access

Click Start to begin the process
Enter the email address of each user who requires access to the DSS performance dashboard and specify any users who should have the "Admin" permission.
Click Submit to submit your request

Once you have filled out this form you will see a confirmation page. You can return to this form to submit additional users.

Step 2: Create Socrata accounts

Please request each user submitted in this form go to https://tyler.partner.socrata.com/signup to create their own Socrata account using the same email address submitted in this form. Each user is required to create their own Socrata account to access the dashboard.

If the user already has a Socrata account and receives the message "Email is already taken" this step is not required.
